Regina Carter is a 2D animator as well as sole artist of illustrations for children's book, Sydney Sunshine.

 

Regina received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation from Sam Houston State University. While earning her degree she illustrated storybooks about a young girl with a big imagination.
